MEDI SHARE programs are not health insurance. These programs permit members to access provider groups as part of a network affiliation, but do not offer contracted rate agreements. Mt Baker Imaging and Northwest Radiologists do not bill these programs and cannot provide claim forms to MEDI SHARE program members. MEDI SHARE program members will be guided through our system as self-pay patients. Itemized ledgers reflecting services received and payments made can be provided to MEDI SHARE members upon request.
