We’re happy to announce our Patient Connection, enabling access to your patient record and self-scheduling of exams.

ACCESSING THE PATIENT CONNECTION PORTAL:

1. Visit https://patientconnectionnwr.medinformatix.co
2. To log-in, first enter your mobile phone number to receive a code via text message.
3. On the following screen enter your legal First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth.
4. You’ll land on the Home page that shows any future scheduled appointments.
5. Navigate easily from there using the convenient left menu or quick link buttons.
