Mt Baker Imaging’s patient portal, powered by Ambra, allows patients to access and share their reports and imaging.

ACCESSING THE PATIENT PORTAL:

1. Visit https://mbipatient.ambrahealth.com/access
2. To log-in, enter: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
3. Read and scroll through the terms and conditions, and check the box to select “Submit”
4. Select your email address or mobile phone number to receive a security pin, and select “Submit”
5. Enter the pin and select “Submit”
